abstract |
The present invention relates to gene therapy for renal disease, and more particularly, decoy, which can prevent various kidney diseases including fibrosis of the kidneys by using a mechanism of inhibiting the expression of proteins involved in the fibrosis of renal glomeruli and tubular epilepsy. The present invention relates to a compound, a pharmaceutical composition having the same as an active ingredient, and a method for inhibiting the expression of fibrosis-inducing factors by using the decoy compound.n n n The ring-type and phosphorothioated decoy compounds according to the present invention have excellent stability to nucleases and serum and can inhibit transcriptional activation of transcription factors, thereby effectively inhibiting fibrosis. This can prevent progression to chronic renal failure. |
