titleOfInvention | Branched neutral amino acid transporters acting as single molecule |
abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel amino acid transporter and gene thereof which function as a single molecule and transport neutral amino acids centered on branched chain amino acids. The present invention comprises an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2, 4, 6 or 8, or an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids are deleted, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2, 4, 6 or 8 In addition, the present invention provides a protein that exerts the ability to transport sodium-independently a neutral amino acid centered on a branched chain amino acid and its analogs in a single molecule. The present invention also relates to a DNA consisting of a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, 3, 5, or 7, or a gene consisting of a DNA capable of hybridizing therewith, which is capable of transporting sodium-independently branched chain amino acids. Provided are genes encoding proteins that function as single molecules. |
