abstract | The present invention relates to a food additive including rice snow and auxiliary nutrients, and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, rice snow to allow long-term preservation even after cooking, while supplementing nutrients such as vitamins and minerals insufficient in 10 minutes sea bream. And it relates to a food additive and a method for producing the same containing auxiliary nutrients. The present invention is made up of 90 to 95% by weight of rice eye and 5 to 10% by weight of auxiliary nutrients, or 10 to 85% by weight of rice eye, 10 to 85% by weight of auxiliary nutrients, and 1 to 5% by weight of total weight. By providing a food additive and a method for producing the same, the invention is effective in replenishing vitamins and minerals lacking in 10 minutes sea bream, and also to enable long-term preservation without alteration even after cooking rice. |
