The present invention comprises the steps of culturing the lysine production strain in the lysine production conditions and filtering the resulting fermentation broth using a membrane filter to separate the filtrate and cell sludge; Drying the filtrate to obtain a concentrate having a total solids content of 48-52 wt%; Granulating the concentrate at a temperature ranging from 50 ° C. to 60 ° C. to form granules; Coating the granules with a coating agent obtained by mixing at least one substance selected from the group consisting of the cell sludge, the excipient or the free lysine, and the moisture absorption inhibitor, to obtain lysine granules having the properties shown in the following table.
