The present invention relates to a composition for platelet aggregation inhibitors containing grape seed or grape skin components and platelet aggregation inhibitors using the same. More specifically, the composition for platelet aggregation inhibitors of the present invention is a composition for platelet aggregation inhibitors containing 24.0% or more polyphenols in the form of extracts or powders extracted from grape seed or grape skin, and the composition for inhibiting platelet aggregation. Platelet aggregation inhibitor containing 0.1 to 10% by weight as an active ingredient shows an excellent aggregation inhibitory effect in vivo can be used as a new resource for the prevention and treatment of thrombogenesis, which is an important inducing factor of cardiovascular disease. |
