titleOfInvention | Composition prepared from sugar for increasing the spontaneous contraction of gastrointestinal smooth muscle |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition prepared from sugar and to promoting spontaneous contraction of smooth muscle of the gastrointestinal tract, and a method for preparing the same, wherein the aqueous solution of sugar is heated or concentrated, the aqueous solution of sugar is heated to alkaline, or an alkaline salt is added to the aqueous solution of sugar to heat it. The composition of the present invention is prepared by partially refining the contractile antitumor substance produced by heating the reducing sugar and the amine aqueous solution. The composition of the present invention does not affect the arterial smooth muscle at all, and specifically affects the gastrointestinal smooth muscle, thereby promoting tissue specificity. Therefore, it is likely to be developed as a drug useful for treating gastrointestinal ulcers and various gastrointestinal diseases. |
