abstract The present invention relates to a method for measuring whether or not immobilization of a probe biomolecule by a bio FET and hybridization with a target biomolecule. In a biomolecule detection method using a bio FET in an electrolyte solution, when measuring the immobilization of the probe biomolecule on the gate surface of the bio FET and hybridization of the probe biomolecule and the target biomolecule, a charge attached to the gate surface is measured. By providing a biomolecule detection method using a bio FET that detects biomolecules by adjusting the length of the debye from the biomolecules, the biomolecules can be detected with accuracy and reproducibility.
