Local anesthetics such as lidocaine hydrochloride, an active ingredient, and an anesthetic lasting agent selected from the group consisting of, for example, diphenhydramine hydrochloride or hydroxyzine hydrochloride, and contain substantially no catecholamines such as epinephrine. Not for local anesthetic compositions. The strength and persistence of local anesthesia can be improved without using catecholamines, and it is useful as a safe local anesthetic composition for performing short-term dental surgery and oral surgery such as extraction. |
