abstract | The gas pressure driven fluid pump has a pump tank having a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. The floating assembly is supported inside the pump tank and can move between a low level position and a high level position. The compression spring is connected between the floating assembly and the pivot member. Due to the force applied by the compression spring, the pivot member rotates to the first position when the float reaches its high level position and to the second position when it reaches its low level position. The valve assembly is connected to the pivot member such that the rotation of the pivot member between the first position and the second position switches between the starting potting and the exhaust potting in a snap manner. A damper system may be connected to the valve assembly to slow the movement of the valve assembly between the start potting and exhaust potting. |
