abstract The present invention relates to low dielectric materials comprising ultranano pores with pores or nanopores. In addition, the low dielectric materials of the present invention have a dielectric constant of less than about three. The low dielectric material of the present invention is prepared from a polymer composition, wherein the polymer composition comprises a plurality of monomers, wherein at least one monomer comprises a radical precursor bound to a structural precursor. In addition, the present invention relates to a method of making a dielectric material from a polymer composition. 4B shows the chemical structure of the low organic component / low organic siloxane containing methyl / t-butyl polymer.
