titleOfInvention | Cazfp1 gene and promoter sequence from capsicum annuum l. cv. hanbyul and probing method of plant disease resistance and environmental stresses using these sequences |
abstract | The present invention relates to a CAZFP1 gene, a promoter sequence thereof, and a method of searching for plant disease resistance and environmental stress using the sequences of red pepper varieties. More specifically, Capsicum red pepper varieties known to have resistance to bacterial bacterial spot disease annuum L. cv. Hanbyul) isolates and sequencing the CAZFP1 gene, a new gene related to resistance, to provide its nucleotide sequence and its promoter sequence, which is used to induce biological, chemical and physical resistance induction treatments. The present invention relates to a method for searching for plant disease resistance and environmental stress for searching for expression of resistance. According to the present invention described above, it is possible to provide a genetic material for labeling the protective reaction against plant pathogens and molecular breeding of plant disease resistant crops, and to facilitate the search for plant disease resistance. |
