abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing LK8 protein, an angiogenesis inhibitor, and more particularly, to a manufactured expression vector comprising an LK8 expression cassette, a transformed yeast strain introduced therein, and a LK8 protein using the transformed yeast strain. It relates to a production method. Since LK8 protein has angiogenesis inhibitory function, the production method of LK8 protein of the present invention can greatly contribute to the commercialization of the protein as a therapeutic agent for diseases related to angiogenesis such as anticancer agents.
