titleOfInvention Exhaust gas treating apparatus
abstract The exhaust gas treatment device includes a gas preheater 3 comprising an air preheater 3 for preheating the combustion air of the combustion device by the exhaust gas discharged from the combustion device, and a group of heat transfer tubes for recovering the heat of the exhaust gas as a heat medium. Gas-gas consisting of a group of heat pipes for heating the heat recovery device 4, the dust collector 5, the wet desulfurization device 7, and the exhaust gas from the outlet thereof with the heat medium supplied from the gas-gas heater heat recovery device 4; The heater (GGH) reheater (8) is arranged in order from the upstream side to the downstream side of the exhaust gas duct of the combustion apparatus, and furthermore in a direction orthogonal to the gas flow direction in the gas-gas heater (GGH) heat recovery machine (4). By arranging the heat pipe groups of the heat recoverer 4 squarely with respect to the gas flow direction so that the exhaust gas flow rate between the adjacent heat transfer pipes (flow rate between the pipes) is 10 m / s or less, a large amount of dust is contained. Even the exhaust gas reduces wear and corrosion of the heat transfer tube group.
