titleOfInvention Functional grain wine containing water-soluble chitosan
abstract The present invention relates to a functional grain liquor containing fraction water-soluble chitosan. More specifically, in a chitosan-containing grain liquor, 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of fraction water-soluble chitosan having an average molecular weight of 15 to 200,000 and 100% by weight of grain alcohol A fractional water-soluble chitosan-containing functional grain liquor comprising 0.01 to 1 part by weight of binic acid, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of citric acid and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of aspartic acid. Functional water alcohol containing fraction water-soluble chitosan of the present invention can be stored for a long time due to the intrinsic antimicrobial properties of chitosan, the astringent taste of chitosan is reduced due to the auxiliary component improves the sense of beauty and hangover effect.
