titleOfInvention Liquid crystal display device
abstract The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device, and the adjustment of the color balance can be optimally set.n n n To this end, a pixel region having a light reflecting portion and a light transmitting portion is provided on the liquid crystal side of one of the substrates facing each other through the liquid crystal.n n n A color filter is formed in the pixel region of the liquid crystal side of the other substrate of each of the substrates, and the color filter has an opening or notch portion formed in a part of the portion facing the light reflection portion, and the liquid crystal side of the one substrate. A technique is provided in which a material layer having a layer thickness substantially equal to a step produced by the color filter is formed in a region facing the opening or notch of the color filter.
