titleOfInvention A substrate for transflective lcd and method for fabricating of the same
abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a reflective transmissive liquid crystal display device, and more particularly to a structure of an array substrate for a reflective transmissive liquid crystal display device and a manufacturing method thereof.n n n In the present invention, the source and drain electrodes of the thin film transistor and the active layer are formed by the same mask process, and one mask process is used to form an insulating film and a pixel electrode on the thin film transistor.n n n In this case, the pixel electrode may be formed through a process of removing the photo pattern after depositing a transparent conductive material on the entire surface of the substrate, leaving the photo pattern used for the insulating film pattern as it is.n n n Therefore, since two mask processes can be omitted, the process time can be shortened and the process cost can be saved.
