titleOfInvention | Methods in production of functional animal products, fruits and vegetables by use of mixed feeds containing selenium as effect ingredient |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing functional fruit vegetables containing a large amount of functional substances through the accumulation of these substances of livestock through the intake of selenium to livestock and the application of these excreta to fruit vegetables. The feed of selenium with the appropriate concentration was supplied to the rearing animals, which resulted in stable fats and the production of meat with active color, and the accumulation of large amounts of these substances. As a result of producing the fruit vegetables, it was found that a large amount of these substances absorbed and used by the animals are accumulated in the fruit vegetables, thereby completing the present invention. As a result, the lean meat of the animals fed with the feed of the present invention containing organic and inorganic selenium had a higher selenium content than those of the animals fed with the general feed, and also the fruits and vegetables fertilized by fermenting these excreta also had a higher selenium content. Therefore, the additive containing selenium of the present invention as an active ingredient may be added to animal feeds such as pigs, chickens, cows, and dogs, and may be widely used, and differentiated high content of functional substances using such feeds. Livestock production will be possible. In addition, the manure discharged from the production of these livestock products is applied to fruit vegetables to produce functional fruit vegetables with high nutritional value, which can contribute to the income increase of livestock farms and vegetable farms, as well as to protect the environment through efficient circulation of livestock wastewater.
