The present invention relates to a method for producing a metal oxide electrode having a diameter of several tens to hundreds of nanometers.n n n To this end, the present invention comprises the steps of having an alumina or polymer template formed with a plurality of nanopores with a diameter of several tens to hundreds of nanometers; Sputtering a metal to serve as a current collector on one surface of the alumina mold to a thickness of about 1 μm using a sputtering equipment; Charging the mold after the sputtering step into a precipitation solution in which a metal salt is dissolved, and then applying a constant current; Electrochemical precipitation of a metal oxide in the nanopores of the mold due to the application of the constant current; Removing the alumina template by treating the alumina template and the nano-sized metal oxide complex deposited on the nano pores of the alumina template with NaOH solution; By drying the nano-sized metal oxide from which the alumina template has been removed, it provides a method for producing a nano-sized metal oxide electrode, characterized in that finally consisting of a nano-sized metal oxide electrode.
