titleOfInvention A substrate for poly- si tft for liquid crystal display device and method of fabricating the same
abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an array substrate for a reflective liquid crystal display device including a polycrystalline thin film transistor.n n n The reflective liquid crystal display according to the present invention is a method of doping a heavy ion (for example, phosphorous ion) after depositing amorphous silicon oxide (SiO 2 ) to form a reflective electrode having a concave-convex surface. Through this, a plurality of convex shapes are formed on the surface of the amorphous silicon oxide film.n n n Next, when the insulating film is deposited on the surface of the amorphous film having the convex shape, and then the metal is deposited on the insulating film, a concave-convex reflective electrode capable of obtaining a diffuse reflection effect can be formed.n n n Therefore, since the mask process is not required to form the unevenness, the number of masks can be reduced, thereby reducing the process time and the process cost.
