abstract |
The light emitting cell 10 having the novel configuration includes a transparent conductor 11 having a surface on which the first and second regions T1 and T2 are defined. A first electroluminescent element 12 comprising a first organic layer 121 containing an organic light emitting material and a first electrode 122 stacked on the first organic layer is arranged on the first region. A second electroluminescent element 13 comprising a second organic layer 131 containing an organic light emitting material and a second electrode 132 stacked on the second organic layer is arranged on the second region. The first electrode is physically separated from the second electrode. The first layer is physically separated from the second layer. The first and second organic layers emit light when a current flows between the first electrode and the second electrode. Light emitted from the organic layer passes through the transparent conductor and emits light emitting cells. |
