The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition useful for the treatment and prevention of bone metabolic diseases, including a pharmaceutically effective amount of an N -acylisophosphatidylcholine compound represented by Formula 1 below and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.n n n [Formula 1]n n n n n n n n Wherein R represents a saturated or unsaturated fatty acid having 14 to 20 carbon atoms, and R 'represents methoxycarbonyl or hydroxymethyl. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing an N -acylisophosphatidylcholine compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 from the amino acid serine. |
