abstract |
It is a film which consists of a layered silicate cation-exchanged by organic cation and polyester or polycarbonate. The organic cation is represented by the following formula (I):n n n [Formula I]n n n n n n n n [Wherein, R is the following formula (I-1):n n n [Formula I-1]n n n n n n n n (Wherein R 1 is a divalent hydrocarbon group having 5 to 20 carbon atoms, and R 2 is a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms)n n n A group represented by an alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group;n n n L + is ammonium ion, phosphonium ion or heteroaromatic ion;n n n n is an integer from 1 to 4;n n n With the proviso that when L + is ammonium ion or phosphonium ion, n is 4 and the four R's may be the same or different. This film is highly dispersed in layered silicates, and is excellent in various properties such as mechanical properties and dimensional stability. |
