titleOfInvention | A method of preparing recombinant capsid antigen from korean calicivirus and producing egg yolk immunoglobulin using recombinant capsid antigen |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing an efficient antigen for producing an antibody having an inhibitory effect against Korean type calcivirus infection. More specifically, the capsid gene, which is a neutralizing gene related to the inhibition of calcivirus infection, was obtained from a sample obtained from a Korean diarrhea patient and then recombined with E. coli to produce a large amount of protein. The present invention relates to a method for producing an immune yolk containing, to produce a prophylactically functional material against cachyvirus, which is the cause of population diarrhea.n n n The present inventors isolated the cachyvirus from a Korean patient with viral diarrhea and analyzed the antigen gene sequences constituting the capsid of the virus. Gene fragments (KCV01 300 , KCV01 700 ) corresponding to important antigenic functional groups in each antigen gene were amplified and inserted into plasmids and transferred to E. coli to produce a large amount of recombinant antigenic genes. Extensive egg antibodies were produced. |
