A mediator connected to the microporous body, wherein the incubator is moved upwards through a communication hole inside the microporous body and supplied to a biological tissue or biological cell disposed on the surface of the microporous body. It is characterized in that the present invention provides a biological culture apparatus and a biological culture method using the same, wherein the cultured tissue and the cultured tissue in which the living tissue or biological cells are cultured are not in direct contact with each other. |
