The present invention relates to a method for producing a high titer glycoprotein product having high biological activity by adding a cyanate inhibitor to cell culture of glycoproteins using animal cell culture. Recombinant human erythropoietin was increased by about 50% in the content of citric acid and biological activity, and the yield was increased by more than 2 times compared to when no inhibitor was used. |
