abstract |
(Problem) To prevent the sliding which arises between the metal liner and the shell made from a composite material by making the metal liner and the shell made from a composite material match in the high pressure container.n n n (Solution means) The high pressure tank 10 includes a metal liner 20 having a desired tank shape and a shell 30 made of a composite material formed on the outer circumference of the metal liner 20. The metal liner 20 has a cylindrical body portion 21 and a cap portion 23 connecting the detention portion 22, the body portion 21 and the detention portion 22 to both ends. The body portion 21 is provided with a bellows-shaped stretch allowable portion 211 over the entire length of the metal liner 20 in the axial direction (length direction). The elastic allowable part 211 is a shell made of a metal body part 21 and a composite material when the high pressure tank 10 expands and contracts by elastic action caused by opening and closing (deformation) of the base end 211b. Slips generated between the 30 are prevented. |
