abstract The present invention relates to a cookie containing colostrum and a method for producing the same, more specifically, 25 to 50 parts by weight of wheat flour, 15 to 35 parts by weight of butter, 15 to 25 parts by weight, 0.01 to 2.0 parts by weight, salt of 0.2 to 0.5 parts by weight, 2.0-10.0 parts by weight of eggs, 2.0-7.0 parts by weight of dried fruits, and at least one component selected from spices, syrup, cherries, cocoa, ethyl alcohol, citric acid and colorants, are prepared by a method for preparing cookies. The present invention provides a cookie containing colostrum, and the cookie according to the present invention has an excellent effect of greatly improving immunity while maintaining nutrition.
