abstract | The present invention relates to a self-cleaning and deodorizing structure of an electric oven, which is configured to install a photocatalyst device in a cavity among components of an electric oven, and thus to deodorize and wash the inside of the cavity through a photocatalytic action of the photocatalyst device, followed by cavity cooking. There is an excellent effect to prevent bacterial growth in the cavity due to the odor of food and unsanitary environment occurring in the inside.n n n In addition, when the deodorization and washing in the cavity is continuously executed through the photocatalytic action of the photocatalytic device installed in the cavity as described above, the deodorization and washing cycle in the cavity is increased by pyrolysis at high temperature, thereby increasing the life of the product.
