titleOfInvention | Method of driving discharge display panel for improving reproducibility of image, and discharge display apparatus using the method |
abstract | The method according to the invention is characterized in that a unit frame is time-division driven by a plurality of subfields, each subfield comprising reset, addressing, and sustain-discharge times, maintained in inverse proportion to the load rate of each frame. A drive method of a discharge display panel in which the number of sustain-discharge pulses of each of the discharge times is set. Here, when the number of sustain-discharge pulses of any one subfield is set to greater than zero and less than one, no scan pulse is generated at the addressing time. |
