abstract |
A premix material is obtained by kneading powder composition for castable refractory containing water resistant fire aggregate, fire resistant fine powder, alumina cement, dispersant and hydration stopper of alumina cement. The hydration stopper is acidic in aqueous solution. The addition amount of a hydration stopper is adjusted so that pH of a premix material may be 2-7. At the time of construction of the premix material, a hydration initiator of alumina cement is added and kneaded, and then introduced into a mold. The period from the preparation of the premix material to the addition of the hydration initiator may be 5 days or more. |
