abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for producing a hydrogen gas separation palladium composite membrane, and more particularly, to prepare a palladium composite membrane coated with an alloy containing palladium or palladium on a porous support, the palladium composite membrane to a tetravalent metal chloride solution By performing a post-treatment process after etching and heat treatment, the gap between the metal particles coated on the surface of the support, which has been pointed out as a common defect such as pinholes, which may occur in conventional palladium composite films, is filled. The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrogen gas separation palladium composite membrane in which the selectivity to hydrogen gas is increased and the flow of nitrogen is minimized as the density increases. |
