Electromagnetic wave shield material and process for producing the same |
abstract |
The present invention provides an electromagnetic shielding material comprising a transparent substrate and a thin wire pattern formed thereon, wherein the thin wire pattern is formed of a metal plated film using metal silver as a catalyst material due to a physical phenomenon. And exposing the photosensitive material having the silver halide emulsion layer in this order, depositing metallic silver in an arbitrary thin wire pattern on the physical development nucleus layer by physical development treatment, and then removing the layer placed on the physical development nucleus layer. Provided is a method of manufacturing an electromagnetic shielding material, wherein the physically developed metal silver is used as a catalyst nucleus to plate a metal. |
