titleOfInvention Cut and abrasion resistant fibrous structure
abstract The present invention provides a fibrous structure comprising at least one non-composite para-aramid strand and at least one nylon strand maintained in parallel relationship with each other, wherein the non-composite para-aramid strand is from about 20 to about the weight of the structure within the structure. To fibrous structures present in amounts ranging from 99.9% by weight. The present invention also relates to a method of making the structure and to a protective garment of high cut resistance and high wear resistance made of the structure such as a glove, apron and a sleeve.
