abstract |
The present invention relates to a peptide cytoplasmic transduction peptide (CTP) remaining in the cytoplasm while having cell membrane permeability, and various uses thereof, wherein the CTP of the present invention is compared with a conventional protein permeation domain PTD. As it has improved or nearly identical capacity but retains novel properties that remain in the cytoplasm, it is suitable for inducing cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) -responses and provides an effective drug delivery system (DDS) into the cytoplasm. |
