titleOfInvention | Novel Thermophilic Histone Deacetylase |
abstract | The present invention relates to a nucleic acid molecule comprising a novel heat resistant histone deacetylase and a novel nucleotide sequence encoding the same. The present invention also relates to a vector comprising the novel nucleotide sequence encoding histone deacetylase and to a transformant comprising the same. The histone deacetylase of the present invention exhibits maximum activity in a high temperature environment, which is an extreme environment for a general enzyme, and this property provides a wide range of applications. |
