titleOfInvention Method and system for transforming adaptively visual contents according to terminal user's color vision characteristics
abstract A method and system are provided for adaptively transforming visual content input from a network to suit the color vision characteristics of a terminal user. First, a color vision characteristic descriptor for describing information on color vision characteristics of a user in a standardized format without considering the characteristics of a network and a terminal is presented. The color vision characteristic descriptor according to the present invention includes information on the type of color vision disorder of the user and the degree of color vision disorder. The degree of color vision disorder is described descriptively or numerically. The present invention adaptively transforms the visual content according to the color vision disorder type.
