Organic electroluminescent element |
abstract |
The organic electroluminescent element has a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic electroluminescent layer. The first electrode has a first light emitting region and a first terminal extending from the first light emitting region. The second electrode has a second light emitting region and a second terminal extending from the second light emitting region. The first electrode is made of a material having a higher volume resistivity than the second electrode. The organic electroluminescent layer is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first light emitting region and the second light emitting region are in contact with the organic electroluminescent layer, respectively. The boundary length between the first light emitting region and the first terminal is larger than the boundary length between the second light emitting region and the second terminal. |
