abstract |
An inductor including an active device region is formed on the semiconductor substrate. The inductor includes conductive lines formed on the dielectric layer above the semiconductor substrate. The conductive lines are patterned and etched into a predetermined shape, in one embodiment planar spiral. The substrate area at the bottom of the inductor is removed to lower the induced Q coefficient. |
