The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising aceclofenac, microprostol, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts or hydrates thereof, methods of preparation thereof and the use of the compositions.n n n The present invention relates to a novel treatment method using aceclofenac and misoprostol to reduce gastrointestinal disorders in the treatment of degenerative arthritis, and can reduce the side effects of aceclofenac by using misoprostol in such gastrointestinal diseases. The renal protective effect of Misoprostol can be expected even in renal dysfunction that may occur in patients with hypertension or diabetes. |
