titleOfInvention Microfluidic titration apparatus
abstract The present invention provides a plurality of microfluidic sample delivery channels 32 having optically transparent substrates 12 and 14, such as glass or plastic, defining channels for fluid inlet 16, and channels for inlet 16. A titration assay chip 10 is defined that includes a plurality of titration chambers 22 in fluid communication with the channel 32. Each titration chamber 22 contains the same titrant of different concentrations defining the titration spectrum or range. Air conditioning chambers 20 and 56 facilitate capillary flow of fluid into titration chamber 22 fluidly with titration chamber 22.
