titleOfInvention | The Polyelectrolyte composition for humidity sensor, Polyelectrolyte ink and preparation method of Polyelectrolyte membrane for humidity sensor by inkjet printing |
abstract | The present invention relates to an electrolyte polymer solution for forming a moisture-sensitive film of a polymer humidity sensor, an ink prepared therefrom, and a method for manufacturing a polymer film humidity sensor using the ink.n n n The electrolyte polymer solution according to the present invention is composed of an organic solvent alone or a mixture thereof, such as an electrolyte polymer, a crosslinking agent, and an alcohol, and the ink prepared therefrom is used in the electrolyte polymer composition solution to ensure proper liquid flowability of an inkjet printer. An ink may be prepared by adding an organic solvent such as alcohol, a high boiling point humectant to prevent drying of the nozzle of the ink, and a surfactant. The ink may be formed using a inkjet printer to form a moisture-sensitive film of the humidity sensor, and a humidity sensor may be manufactured by heat treatment.n n n As a result, it is possible to provide an electrolyte solution and a method for manufacturing an inkjet electrolyte ink having suitable properties for use as a humidity sensitive film of a humidity sensor, and after the inkjet printing and heat treatment, a moisture sensitive film having a constant thickness as compared to the conventional method is provided. It is possible to provide a technology for manufacturing a highly reliable humidity sensor that can be formed. |
