abstract | The present invention relates to skim sesame powder prepared by efficiently removing lipids without denaturing the main components of sesame seeds, and the extraction of sesame lipids is continued using hexane as a solvent of crushed sesame powder with a diameter of 0.42 to 1.25 mm. By performing in a countercurrent method, or by using supercritical carbon dioxide, there is an excellent effect of providing sesame powder that is free of lipids, does not cause denaturation of other components, and is completely free of pesticides. |
