abstract The present invention relates to cysteine derivatives and metal tricarbonyl complexes using the same, methods for their preparation and contrast agents comprising them. Specifically, the present invention provides a cysteine derivative, which is a chelating agent, and a metal tricarbonyl complex using the same, which are excellent in binding strength with radionuclides, and contain a functional group that can be easily combined with a physiologically active substance. It is about contrast agent.n n n The cysteine derivative prepared according to the present invention is a tridentate chelating agent containing nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur. The cysteine derivative has excellent binding force with radionuclides and thiol groups are substituted with functional groups having excellent reactivity. In addition, the metal tricarbonyl complex conjugated with the cysteine derivative and the metal tricarbonyl compound can be used as a contrast agent because of its excellent plasma stability.
