titleOfInvention Preparation method of bean sprouts having large amount of organic acid clacium
abstract In the present invention, a method for obtaining bean sprouts by germinating soybeans, the selection step (S1) of selecting the beans to remove the poor beans; Providing an organic acid calcium lysate (S3); Absorbing water in which the organic acid calcium is dissolved into the soybeans (S5); Culturing the beans (S6); And harvesting the sprouted sprouts from the cultured soybeans (S7). A method of providing bean sprouts having a large content of organic acid calcium is disclosed. The method for providing bean sprouts having a high content of organic acid calcium according to the present invention, by using the organic acid calcium, improves the nutrition of the finally provided bean sprouts, improves the absorption rate, and at the same time, as the bean sprouts create optimal conditions for maximally absorbing the organic acid calcium. In addition, the effect of maximizing the efficiency of providing organic acid calcium-containing sprouts is achieved.
