titleOfInvention Triplex catalyst to reaction low temperature and high temperature
abstract The present invention is composed of a mixture of aluminum oxide, kaolin, and clay, and selected from among lanthanide-based metals, periodic-cycle transition metals, and precious metals, not ABO-based mixed metals, as active coarse powders in various forms of honeycomb or micro air spheres. It is an object of the present invention to provide a catalyst and a method for producing the same as a product in which two or two or more multimetal elements are sorbably coated on the inside and the surface of a carrier.n n n The catalyst of the present invention is composed of 2% -20% of a mixed metal element coated on a carrier 100.n n n In the catalyst of the present invention, a carrier is prepared by a primary manufacturing process and at least two mixed metal elements consisting of a lanthanide-based metal element and a transition metal element are coated on the carrier by a sorption method, and a noble metal element is formed by a third process. The catalyst is prepared by attaching one of the selected metal elements to the surface of the mixed metal formed in the secondary process.n n n The mixed metal element of the above-described lanthanide-based metal element and transition metal element is two or more metal elements selected from chromium, manganese, iron, copper, cobalt, nickel, zinc, vanadium, titanium, cerium, and the precious metal is platinum One or two metal elements selected from among ruthenium, rhonium and palladium.n n n The catalyst constructed as described above is more stable in durability than the catalyst coated with a single element selected from the existing precious metals or the three-way catalyst made of 2-3 non-noble metal elements, has high activity at low temperatures, and does not degrade at high temperatures. Therefore, there is a high conversion rate in converting carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides emitted from exhaust gases such as internal combustion engines and boilers into non-polluting materials by oxidation and reduction.
