titleOfInvention Metal powder collection device of dental hospital with odor discharge function
abstract The present invention enables the collection of expensive metal powder generated during the procedure of dental clinic and at the same time reduces the clogging of the drain pipe, and even if the blockage occurs, the high pressure of the suction compressor is exhausted from the collecting container to the outside. Odor generated from the backflow prevents the phenomenon that flows into the hospital room to maintain a comfortable indoor environment. As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention connects a unit chair and a suction compressor installed in a dental hospital to a suction pipe, and installs a collecting tank in which a settling tank is formed in the discharge pipe of the suction compressor, and installs an exhaust pipe at the top of the collection container. By allowing the air to be exhausted to the outside through the exhaust pipe to the outside, the air pressure in the drain pipe rises in a state in which the drainage pipe is not smooth, thereby preventing the phenomenon of odor flowing back into the hospital.
