The present invention provides a functional mixed fat or oil composition containing 86 to 96% by weight of vegetable oil, 4 to 12% by weight of medium chain fatty acid triglyceride, and 0.1 to 2% by weight of vegetable sterol. In the present invention, the vegetable oil is at least one vegetable oil selected from soybean oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil, high oleic oil seed oil, safflower oil, rice bran oil, palm oil, olive oil, sunflower oil and wheat germ oil. |
