The present invention relates to a field emission array using a carbon nanostructure or nanowires and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, there is an advantage in that a field emission array capable of large area can be manufactured without using organic materials included in a paste or slurry used in a thin film process or a thick film process. |
