It is an object of the present invention to provide excellent antitussive agents with new mechanisms of action.n n n The present invention comprises a ginseng agent having a quinazoline derivative represented by the following formula (1) or a compound represented by a salt thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.n n n Formula 1n n n n n n n n In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or alkyl. Ring Q represents a cyclohexylene group or a phenylene group. A 1 and A 2 represent a single bond or an alkylene group. E represents -NHCO- and the like. A 3 represents a single bond or a divalent saturated or unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon group or the like. R 3 represents an acyclic aliphatic hydrocarbon group or the like. R 4 and R 5 are the same or different and represent a hydrogen atom, alkyl or the like. |
