abstract INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can provide a catchment effect in a sufficient sealing space in an organic EL panel with color display of an upper emission type, and can effectively counteract deterioration with respect to the organic EL element, and simplify the manufacturing process. It is possible to reduce the cost by improving the yield of the product, and at the same time, to enable color display without color shift. In the organic EL panel 10 of the present invention, the supporting substrate 11 on which the organic EL element layer 12 is formed and the sealing substrate 13 are bonded through an adhesive 17, and the organic EL element 10 is sealed between both substrates. A sealing space is formed. The sealing substrate 13 is formed of a substrate having transparency, and a black matrix 15 is formed on the inner surface of the sealing substrate 13 as needed, and a color filter layer 14 is formed, and from the organic EL element An upper emission type color display panel in which light emission passes through the color filter layer 14 and is extracted from the sealing substrate 13 side is formed. A transparent catcher film 16 having light transmittance is formed on the inner surface of the sealing substrate 13 so as to cover the color filter layer 14, and the sealing space is filled by the transparent catcher film 16.
